The shop

Calm in the mornings. Softer in the evenings.

The Collector is a small coffee and wine bar at 3 Market Lane in Kinsale. We serve good coffee, good wine, and a small selection of things we genuinely like, made by independent makers.

One side of the room is a long counter with stools. The other is shelves of ceramics, candles, cards, art and pantry goods. Everything is chosen with care. Nothing extra.
