The Collector is a small coffee and wine bar in Kinsale.

We serve good coffee, good wine, and a small selection of things we genuinely like, made by independent makers.

Calm in the mornings. Softer in the evenings. Everything is chosen with care. Nothing extra.

Founded in 2023. Now run by Fedi and Jim. Born from a love of detail and calm, The Collector still believes in doing small things beautifully.
